PUMPKIN-CHAI CAKELETT WITH CREAM CHEESE ICEING


































1 c canned pumpkin
1/3 c canola oil
1 c sugar
1/4 c chai tea
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

baked at 350 till done

frosting:
1/4 c margarine
1/4 c vegan cream cheese
2 c confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

mix frosting with vegan chocolate chips from whole foods for schmancy decor

viola!
