VEGAN BLAT














extra firm tofu cut in 1/4 strips
lightly fry tofu in a light oil like canola till golden brown
drain oil
add a lil' bit of worcestershire sauce, maggi seasoning sauce, soy sauce and nutritional yeast

hearth ciabatta bread
avocado
tomatoes

SALAD EXTRAVAGANZA!!!


















 mache greens with  miso wasabi-dressin' 
canola oil
apple cider vinegar
sherry vinegar
rice wine
miso
shallot
parsley
wasabi
chili flakes

 fennel quinoa
quinoa
bouillon
fennel
vadallia onion

eggless salad
extra firm tofu
mustard
dill
turmeric
parsley

 tomatoes with basil poopay dribblets

BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI WITH BURNT BUTTER SAGE SAUCE


first things first! find a vegan pasta recipe online. we used something along the lines of
2/3 wheat flour
1/3 unbleached flour
water + oil + salt
mix it, let it sit, roll it out

butternut squash, baked
soy creamer
nutmeg
cinnamon
tiny bit of cornstarch to thicken

saucy sauce
4tbsp EB
fresh sage
sauteed till butter turns light brown and sage leaves crisp 

fill ravioli with butternut squash, boil till they float, sprinkle with rice cheese and pour hot sauce over ravioli.
