BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI WITH BURNT BUTTER SAGE SAUCE


first things first! find a vegan pasta recipe online. we used something along the lines of
2/3 wheat flour
1/3 unbleached flour
water + oil + salt
mix it, let it sit, roll it out

butternut squash, baked
soy creamer
nutmeg
cinnamon
tiny bit of cornstarch to thicken

saucy sauce
4tbsp EB
fresh sage
sauteed till butter turns light brown and sage leaves crisp 

fill ravioli with butternut squash, boil till they float, sprinkle with rice cheese and pour hot sauce over ravioli.

=badical awesomeness
